Redline was incorporated with the Western Pipeline Alliance responsible for securing vital water supply to the Brisbane municipal area during a period of extended drought.
The project was undertaken under challenging time constraints, hence requiring an accelerated construction program.
Redline’s scope included construction, hydrostatic testing and commissioning of
37,000 + m of HDPE PE100 pipeline ranging from 200mm to 355mmin diameter plus 15,000 + m of DICL 200mm pipeline construction. The terrain in which the pipeline was constructed included very steep sections, removal of hard rock and installation and remediation of environmentally sensitive areas.
